THE HIGH CAMERA makes organising professional real estate photography simple. We can generally schedule shoots within 24-48 hours of first contact, and we deliver the finished, edited, colour corrected images directly to you generally within 24-48 hours of the shoot. After your call, we will:
- Organise a suitable time to visit and shoot your property.
- Forward to you a checklist of cleaning and maintenance suggestions that will result in the best possible images.
- Inspect and assess your property, and liaise with you and/or your agent as to which selling features would best highlight your property.
- Conduct the shoot, using the appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Post-process the images, using experienced staff and a range of equipment and software packages.
- Burn the images to disk, in both high-resolution versions (for printed marketing materials, newspapers, signage etc) and low-resolution (suitable for immediate uploading to website and real estate search engines) versions.
- Deliver the images directly to either you or your agent (at your request) either via personal delivery or ExpressPost, usually within 48 hours of the shoot.

Elevated Real Estate Photography
No company in the region is as committed as THE HIGH CAMERA to providing the complete real estate photography service. We are the only company in the area to have invested in an ELEVATED PHOTOGRAPHY UNIT capable of producing the BEST, MOST EYE-CATCHING real estate imagery. The Elevated Photography Unit is a 20m telescopic mast, upon which we have a remotely-controlled DSLR camera capable of taking high-quality, high-resolution photographs. The unit is mounted on a 4WD vehicle, allowing us to position the mast in the best possible location.
The ELEVATED PHOTOGRAPHY UNIT allows THE HIGH CAMERA to achieve results that our competitors simply can not hope to match, including:
- Elevated hero shots – Instead of the generic, common street-view shot, raising the camera above ground level allows us to demonstrate the depth and layout of the property in a single image, allowing potential buyers and tenants the ability to appreciate the size, layout and out-buildings of the property.
- Street-view shots of properties with high front fences – Privacy and security are key selling points for some buyers and tenants.
